Withdrawal Request

If you have made a purchase as a private individual, you have the legal right to cancel your purchase within 14 days from the day you or someone you have designated receives the item.

To use your right of withdrawal, please fill in the form below and submit your request. Once we have received your notification, we will send a confirmation via e-mail.

If your order has not yet been shipped, we will attempt to stop the delivery. If the item has already been shipped, the right of withdrawal still applies, but the item will then need to be returned according to our return policy.

Please note that as a customer, you are responsible for and pay the return shipping cost when exercising your right to cancel a purchase.
